Business development is key for setting an successful PLM strategy and making it real in your organization. A key initiative when doing Business Development is the Value assessment. We offer Value Assessment to be done based on a systematic methodology in identifying after market business potentials, aligned with the clients overall business goals and where IT capabilities could improve within the operation.


The Value Assessment is executed in four major task’s “Preparation”, “Interviews”, “Analysis”, and “Presentation”. The results from the assessment will be documented and presented for the client and are normally used for vendor evaluation and Business Cases related to the IT investments.
